Bruno is a champagne native and a cushy 7 years alongside Laval has clearly rubbed off on him. On the nose, it's like an insanely good Grower Blanc de Noir: red fruited, a little spice, umami. The palate? All chardo. Jura chardo at that. Taut, unripe tropical fruit, wet stone, pure drive. I can't get over it. A must
