Niepoort Caracolete Branco 2015Description Niepoort Caracolete is a wine produced from old vines and fermented spontaneously with whole berries, using grapes from an old hillside vineyard. It was vinified in stainless steel, with the wine fermenting on the skins for a month, then going through malolactic fermentation, and ageing for 5 years. It was bottled unfiltered. Tasting Notes The wine displays pale straw hues. On the palate, pronounced aromas of limestone & orange blossom.
