Thin and rocky limestone doing the gods work here. Winemaking is simple but thorough. Manual harvest, no racking, pretty much no btonnage and long slow natural ferments. Were looking at a flinty and saline wine that will make any burg enthusiasts weak at the knees. ABV: 13%
